ABOUT US
As a fully licensed psychologist, specializing in clinical performance psychology with over ten years of clinical experience, I've seen the challenges posed on individuals and business leaders experiencing burnout as a result of stress and anxiety. In addition to the mental health work we provide, our Director of Restorative Functioning, currently works at HBS (Harvard), where he helps various business leaders reduce stress through customized physical wellness programs.
We are the only company incorporating neurofeedback technology with a physical, mental, and social health approach, to teach nervous system regulation. Programs range from burnout-reduction coping tactics to frameworks for managers supporting the mental health of their teams.
